I am entering my 11th year teaching 4th grade and my fifth year here at Mapleshade. I grew up and went to school right here in East Longmeadow. My current classroom is the very same room that I attended 4th grade as a student!  My college education started at the University of Massachusetts as a Documentary Film major. I finished my undergrad work at Westfield State College earning a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  I later earned my Master's Degree at Western New England College.  I have been married to my wonderful wife Aimee, who is also a teacher, for four years. We have a little two year old daughter, Adria, and another bundle of joy Jack who was born Thanksgiving 2010.. I enjoy playing guitar, reading and taking outdoor trips with my family.
